Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage cooked and drained
- 1 lb. frozen hashbrowns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Spray 9×13 pan with nonstick oil. Place hashbrowns in bottom of pan, sprinkle the cheese on top, and then the meat. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the meat. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until center is set.
Notes
*Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
*If you don’t have sausage, you can substitute ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
