Creamy Cranberry Salad

This festive creamy cranberry salad is sweet enough to be a dessert! Perfect for the holiday table and easy to throw together. Just remember that it’s best if you mix up the ingredients and let them sit overnight. That gives the cranberries time to soak up the sweetness of the apple and pineapple. Then right before serving you stir in the whipped topping.

The walnuts are optional and I never add them because of our personal preference. Also good to note, that this salad is best the first day. It’ll last a day or two but not more. I would serve it the day I mix it up.
