Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter 2 sticks
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt 1/8 tsp
- 1/2 tsp baking soda dissolved in 4 tbsp hot water
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 4 cups quick oats
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs and beat till light and fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheets. Bake in 350 degree oven for 14 minutes.
