Pumpkin Chocolate Chip bars in a sheet pan

I can mix these bars up in about ten minutes and have them in the oven by the time it preheats. They bake fast because it’s a thin cake. You could ice them with some cream cheese icing but you honestly don’t need it because it’s so moist and delicious just the way it is.

Ingredients Needed to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars:

  • all purpose flour
  • white sugar
  • salt
  • baking soda
  • baking powder
  • ground cinnamon
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs
  • olive oil
  • pumpkin puree
  • semisweet chocolate chips

I bake the bars in a half sheet pan. These pans are so handy for all kinds of things like these bars but also for sheet cakes, roasting veggies and potatoes, and for freezing fruit. You can get my favorite pans here.

Enjoy the bars!
