Summer Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 t. seasoning salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 zucchini squash sliced
  • 2 yellow squash sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms optional
  • 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked

Instructions
 

  • Pour olive oil in a large skillet and brown the garlic. Add chicken, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. Stir and brown chicken.
  • Add onions, squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, and Italian dressing. Simmer 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  • Prepare spaghetti while cooking vegetables and chicken. Spoon chicken mixture over cooked spaghetti and stir.
