Summer Spaghetti
Summer Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 t. seasoning salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 zucchini squash sliced
- 2 yellow squash sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms optional
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Instructions
- Pour olive oil in a large skillet and brown the garlic. Add chicken, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. Stir and brown chicken.
- Add onions, squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, and Italian dressing. Simmer 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- Prepare spaghetti while cooking vegetables and chicken. Spoon chicken mixture over cooked spaghetti and stir.
