Zesty Key Lime Pie

Jump to Recipe

This zesty key lime pie is refreshingly tart but with just enough sweetness to make this the perfect summer dessert! The creamy filling is in a graham cracker crust, topped with fluffy homemade whipped cream, and garnished with some fresh lime zest.

Key Lime Pie freezes really well so you can make it ahead of time and pop it in the freezer until you want to serve it. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight or for a couple hours before serving.

I like these ceramic pie pans. They’re the perfect size for my pie recipes. I have the red and the white ones.

I hope you enjoy this refreshing pie! It’s perfect for spring and summer and anytime you’re craving something zesty.
