Savory Chicken Salad

This is your classic chicken salad, perfect for sandwiches or to eat with crackers or in lettuce boats. So yummy and great for lunches and picnics.
I got this savory chicken salad recipe from a sweet coworker of mine years ago and I pretty much make it the same as her except for the pepper. She used white pepper but I’ve never owned white pepper so I just use black.
