This moist apple sheet cake is filled with sweetness and warmth from the brown sugar and cinnamon and tied together with lots of fresh chopped apples. It’s a great dessert to enjoy in the fall when apples are in season.

I love sheet cakes because they are really fast to mix up, they bake pretty fast, and they can feed a crowd. This apple cake takes a little longer because the apples add so much moisture to the batter. But the wait is worth it.
