This Dutch baby German pancake only has six simple ingredients plus the apple and cinnamon. It has no sugar! It’s a great way to eat your eggs.

  • Butter
  • eggs
  • milk
  • flour
  • vanilla extract
  • salt
  • apples
  • cinnamon

You can make this Dutch baby plain by omitting the apples and cinnamon and it’s absolutely delicious. But in the fall, I enjoy adding the apples and cinnamon to add some warmth and flavor to the dish.

Just put the butter and apples in the skillet and let it cook as the oven preheats. Throw the rest of the ingredients a blender and mix. Pour over the apples in the hot skillet and bake for 20 minutes.
We like to eat it with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Enjoy!
