Hamburger Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 32 oz. frozen mixed vegetables classic mix with carrots, peas, corn, and green beans
- 2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 14.5 oz can beef broth
- Water diced tomato can full
- A few squirts of ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Oregano
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder while it’s cooking. Drain off fat.
- While the beef is cooking, combine the veggies, tomatoes, beef broth, water, and ketchup in a big pot and bring to a simmer. Add cooked ground beef and season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Let simmer for 20 minutes or so. Enjoy!
