Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 32 oz. frozen mixed vegetables classic mix with carrots, peas, corn, and green beans
  • 2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 14.5 oz can beef broth
  • Water diced tomato can full
  • A few squirts of ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Oregano

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder while it’s cooking. Drain off fat.
  • While the beef is cooking, combine the veggies, tomatoes, beef broth, water, and ketchup in a big pot and bring to a simmer. Add cooked ground beef and season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Let simmer for 20 minutes or so. Enjoy!
