Homemade Flour Tortillas

Mix up these homemade flour tortillas in 30 minutes with only four ingredients. Fresh homemade flavor and real ingredients, they elevate your dinner to a whole new level.

Servings 10 Tortillas

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/3 cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and salt together. Add oil and hot water. Mix and knead until it becomes a soft dough. You can make this by hand or in a mixer.
  • Cover the dough and let rest for 15-30 minutes. Divide dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Roll out each dough ball as thin as possible with a rolling pin. Cook on a hot ungreased cast iron griddle about 1 minute on each side just until lightly browned in spots.
