Baked Tacos

These tacos are such a hit because not only do they taste amazing but they are already assembled and and everybody can just grab them and go.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 16 oz refried beans
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 pkg taco seasoning
  • 24 hard taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in skillet. Drain off excess grease. Add taco seasoning, rice, refried beans, and tomato sauce and stir. Spoon filling into taco shells, top with cheese, and place in foil-lined pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve right away.
