Method
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the first four ingredients together with a large spoon until crumbly.
- Form the mixture into small balls using your hands and place them in parchment paper lined baking pans.
- Melt the chocolate almond bark in the microwave according to package directions.
- Dip the balls into the melted chocolate using two forks and place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
- Let the chocolate harden and then store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
