Method
- In a skillet cook beef and onion until brown. Season the meat with additional salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder while it's cooking. Drain excess grease.
- Transfer meat to a pot and stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with cornbread, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
