These yummy cookies a mix between a cookie and biscotti. With chopped pecans and a slight cinnamon flavor, they are perfect for dipping in your favorite hot drink and a lovely addition to your Christmas cookie tray.

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butter softened
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup pecans chopped
Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Form into a flat rectangle log on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning slice thin and bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
