<h3>How to Make The Cookies:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.</li>
<li>In the bowl of a mixer, cream together the sugars, peanut butter, and butter.</li>
<li>Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat.</li>
<li>Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Shape dough into 1” balls and flatten with the palm of your hand. Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.</li>
<li>Bake cookies in preheated oven for 12 minutes. The centers will be very soft and appear unbaked but they are done. They harden as they cool off.&nbsp;</li>
<li>This recipe makes about 3 dozen cookies depending on what size you make them.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Enjoy!&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p>I like to make these cookies nice and soft but if you prefer crunchy peanut butter cookies, just bake them for a couple minutes more and you’ve got it.&nbsp;<br />
If you love peanut butter then you would also enjoy my <a href="https://myeverydayordinarylife.com/peanut-butter-blossoms/"><em><strong>Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies</strong></em></a>! I always make them at Christmas time and Valentine’s Day. Peanut butter and chocolate is a winning combo every time!</p>
<p>Enjoy!</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>These are perfect for Valentine’s Day and for that Christmas cookie platter. But there’s also just a yummy treat for any time of year.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You just mix up the dough, shape the dough into balls, roll them in sugar, and bake. As soon as you pull them out of the oven, push the chocolate kisses into the warm tops.&nbsp;</p>
<p><img data-recalc-dims="1" loading="lazy" decoding="async" data-attachment-id="3556" data-permalink="https://myeverydayordinarylife.com/peanut-butter-blossoms/img_3675/" data-orig-file="https://i0.wp.com/myeverydayordinarylife.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/IMG_3675.jpeg?fit=480%2C640&amp;ssl=1" data-orig-size="480,640" data-comments-opened="0" data-image-meta="{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;1.78&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;iPhone 15 Pro Max&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;1738875489&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;6.7649998656528&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;200&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0.016666666666667&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;0&quot;}" data-image-title="IMG_3675" data-image-description="" data-image-caption="" data-large-file="https://i0.wp.com/myeverydayordinarylife.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/IMG_3675.jpeg?fit=480%2C640&amp;ssl=1" class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3556" src="https://i0.wp.com/myeverydayordinarylife.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/IMG_3675.jpeg?resize=225%2C300&#038;ssl=1" alt="Peanut Butter Blossoms" width="225" height="300" data-kale-share-title="Peanut Butter Blossoms" data-kale-share-url="https://myeverydayordinarylife.com/?p=3553" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/myeverydayordinarylife.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/IMG_3675.jpeg?resize=225%2C300&amp;ssl=1 225w, https://i0.wp.com/myeverydayordinarylife.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/IMG_3675.jpeg?w=480&amp;ssl=1 480w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px" /></p>
<p>You can also bake this dough as regular peanut butter cookies. Instead of shaping the dough into balls just scoop the cookie dough onto baking sheets, don’t roll them in sugar, and use a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top. Bake as usual. Peanut butter perfection!&nbsp;</p>
<p>Enjoy!</p>
